Resource Training and Solutions honored 122 honorees at the thirty-third Students of Excellence Awards banquet held Wednesday, April 27th at St. Cloud River’s Edge Convention Center. Over 480 attended the event including area administrators, educators, and parents of those being honored.

2022 Regional Knowledge Bowl Meet

The Regional Knowledge Bowl Competition for Central MN Region 7 teams took place Tuesday, March 15th at North Branch High School.


2022 Central MN Regional Spelling Bee

Resource Training & Solutions hosted the Central Minnesota Regional Spelling Bee in Sartell, Minn., on Tuesday, February 8. Morning and afternoon spelling bees comprised that competition for students in grades 5-8 from school districts across the Resource Training & Solutions' Service Cooperative Region 7.


Honoring 31 Years of Outstanding Service

Resource Board Member, Jeannette Kester, was honored with the Outstanding Service Award at the Minnesota Service Cooperative Annual Board of Directors Conference.

Senior High Knowledge Bowl State Competition

The Senior High Knowledge Bowl State Tournament took place virtually via Discord on Saturday, April 9th, 2021. 5 out of the 6 teams from Resource Training & Solutions service region placed at the state event


Eliana Szabo Advances to the Scripps National Spelling Bee

Eliana Szabo, 8th grader from HEY-Home Educated Youth, becomes the 2021 Multi-Regional Bee Champion and will represent Minnesota at the Scripps National Spelling Bee this summer.


Exploring The Arts - YAYA 2021

Each spring Resource Training & Solutions hosts the Young Authors Young Artists Conference (YAYA). Designed to introduce third through sixth-grade students to a variety of creative and artistic outlets.


2021 Central Minnesota Regional Spelling Bee

Twenty-nine students, 5th through 8th grade, from eleven different school districts competed for the chance to advance to the Multi-Regional State Spelling Bee.


Region 7 PPE Distribution

Resource Training & Solutions receives shipment of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for regional schools as they make the transition back to in-person learning.


10th Annual ESS Recognition Event

Resource Training & Solutions honored 122 educators from 29 school districts, charter schools, and ed districts at the 10th annual Educational Support Staff Recognition Event on November, 18th, 2020.


Ben St. Hilaire Spells His Way to Washington, D.C.

Ben St. Hilaire takes first place at the Multi-Region State Spelling Bee and earns an all-expense-paid trip to the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C.

Resource Training and Solutions hosts their annual science and nature student conferences. Over 900 Central Minnesota 5th & 6th Grade students attended Science Rocks and Science Fest.


The Eye of the Tiger Is Focused on Success Through PBIS

The formula for student success through PBIS (or Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) sounds simple. Focus on the positive—rather than the punitive. Establish a positive learning environment. Teach Skills. Reinforce positive behavior. Respond to inappropriate behavior. At Tech High School in St. Cloud, this formula is called the Tiger Eye on Success.
