The 2025 MSC Annual Conference, hosted by Southeast Service Cooperative in Duluth, brought together leaders from across the state to collaborate, learn, and celebrate service within Minnesota’s nine service cooperatives. One of the highlights of this year’s event was the presentation of the MSC Outstanding Service Award to Tarryl Clark, a dedicated public servant and valued board member of Resource Training & Solutions.

Tarryl has served on our Board of Directors for the past five years, bringing a wealth of leadership experience and a deep commitment to community and educational advancement. From her work as Executive Director of Minnesota Community Action Partnership to her service as a State Senator and current Stearns County Commissioner, Tarryl has consistently championed initiatives that support education, equity, and opportunity.

Her recognition at this year’s conference is a well-deserved celebration of her visionary leadership and lasting contributions to our region and beyond. Congratulations, Tarryl, and thank you for all you do to support our mission and the communities we serve.
