This statewide system, which includes MnMTSS, meets diverse educator needs with targeted support to foster equitable, high-quality learning environments.

The Mental Health Network brings together school and county mental health professionals and related roles to collaborate, exchange ideas, engage in relevant professional development, and stay up to date on resources that support student success at school, at home, and in the community.
Solid Ground is a leadership sanctuary designed for female educational leaders to step away from daily demands and build deep collegiality through vulnerable reflection. This year-long journey moves beyond traditional "to-do list" professional development, focusing instead on the internal conviction and courage needed to navigate complex leadership challenges. Through a blend of in-person and virtual sessions, participants will gain insights from transformative thinkers to cultivate a leadership style that multiplies health and impact across their districts.
