At Resource Training & Solutions, our Regional Math Team serves as a critical part of Minnesota’s statewide COMPASS support system, empowering educators and school leaders to implement evidence-based, standards-based mathematics practices. This team works closely with state math leaders and regional centers to lead professional learning, promoting a deep understanding of math standards, content, and pedagogy across PK-12 environments. With a focus on sustainable growth, the Math Team supports schools in building robust systems and processes that enhance educator capacity, engage families, and elevate math skills for historically underserved students in central Minnesota.

The Math Team is dedicated to using data to inform instruction, aligning resources to math standards, and supporting educators in effective instructional strategies that foster student success and accelerate learning. Through COMPASS, they collaborate with school leaders and teaching staff to set school-wide goals for math achievement, offering tailored coaching and professional development to support math progressions, assessments, and a collaborative approach to high-quality math instruction. This partnership-driven approach equips educators and administrators to drive lasting improvements in math teaching and learning across central Minnesota.

Satisfying Minnesota competitive bidding requirements.

Vendors we provide are the result of either formal bids (identified as State Bid or SB) or negotiated contracts (identified as Preferred Vendors or PV).

The contracted vendors we have known as State Bid or SB vendors are established through formal bids and purchasing from them satisfies Minnesota competitive bidding requirements - regardless of the amount of the purchase. The ability to do so is outlined in Minnesota Statutes123A.2 and 471.345.

The combination of these two statutes gives members the ability to purchase from contracted vendors while remaining in compliance with the Minnesota competitive bidding requirements.

Fill out the form - There are six parts of the form you must complete. They all have asterisks on them. The rest of the parts are optional. Notice that when you put down your school or CCOGA name a drop down list comes up of all the eligible organizations. You can use this to finish your organization name.
