Regional Literacy Network Coach
The Regional Literacy Network Coach is an MDE-funded position that supports the implementation of the READ Act through regional coaching, facilitation, and professional learning. As part of the Statewide Regional Literacy Network, this role works alongside district leaders and educators to strengthen literacy instruction, build educator capacity, and support continuous improvement efforts that help all students achieve grade-level literacy proficiency. The position is grounded in equity-focused practices, with a strong commitment to improving outcomes for students of color and students with disabilities through evidence-based Tier 1 instruction and the MnMTSS framework.
