Secondary Math Network
The Secondary Math Network provides middle and high school mathematics educators with a collaborative space to connect, learn, and strengthen mathematics instruction alongside peers from across the region. Participants will engage in meaningful discussions around common challenges in secondary mathematics while exploring practical strategies that support student learning and achievement.
Network meetings will focus on the implementation of the 2022 Minnesota Mathematics Standards, including benchmark progressions, sequencing and bundling of benchmarks, and instructional implications for secondary classrooms. Participants will also deepen their understanding of evidence-based mathematics teaching practices that support rigorous and equitable learning experiences for all students.
In addition, the network offers opportunities for educators to share resources, exchange ideas, learn from colleagues across districts, and build a professional community dedicated to improving secondary mathematics education.
