Graduate-Level Credit
Through our partnership with College of St. Scholastica educators can earn post-baccalaureate, graded, graduate-level semester credits. These credits are specifically designed to meet the needs of educators for salary advancement and recertification. Up to six of these credits can be transferred into a masters degree with College of St. Scholastica. The credits are acceptable where local districts approve and applicable to state licensing where authorized. All participants are responsible to determine the acceptability of these credits for their intended use.
There are three options for educators who are pursuing graduate-level credits:
Workshop Credits: Those who participate in a Resource Training and Solutions workshop, have the opportunity to to earn one or two graduate level credits. Registration information will be provided upon workshop registration. Please see our events page for upcoming workshops.
Customized Pathways: Our customized pathways allow educators to create a personalized learning experience that best supports their professional development needs. Educators can earn three or six credits through the completion of an action research project that aligns with current school/district initiatives.
Board Approved Credits: Some districts provide an opportunity for educators to earn board approved credits in lieu of graduate level credits. Our workshop credits and customized pathways are also available as board approved credits.
Questions regarding graduate level credits can be directed to Michelle Wang at (320) 255-3236 ext. 317.
