Instructional Coaches Network

The Instructional Coaches Network provides instructional coaches, district literacy leads, peer coaches, mentor leads, and mentor teachers with a collaborative space to strengthen their coaching practice and leadership skills. Recognizing that effective teaching is a continuous journey, this network focuses on equipping teacher-leaders with high-impact coaching tools and meaningful opportunities to practice essential coaching strategies that support improved classroom instruction.

‍

By bringing together professionals in similar roles, the network fosters collaboration, resource sharing, and professional learning centered on best practices in instructional coaching. Participants will engage in discussions, problem-solving, and skill-building designed to strengthen coaching systems and support educator growth across schools and districts.

‍

This network also includes a unique professional learning opportunity featuring four days of Foundational Instructional Coaching (FIC) Training along with two hours of in-field coaching consultation throughout the year.
