The first few years in the classroom are filled with learning, growth, and new challenges. Resource Training & Solutions is excited to introduce the Rising Ed Pathway, a new professional development and mentorship program designed to help early-career educators build confidence, strengthen their practice, and feel supported throughout the school year.
Designed for educators holding a Tier 1 or Tier 2 license or those with less than three years of experience, Rising Ed combines four full-day, in-person trainings with ongoing Communities of Practice throughout the year.
Learning is intentionally aligned with the phases of a new teacher’s year and focuses on timely topics including classroom management, lesson planning, engaging all learners, and analyzing student learning. Through virtual Communities of Practice, educators will also have opportunities to connect with peers, reflect on their classroom practices, set goals, and celebrate their growth.
Districts can further personalize the experience by adding individual instructional coaching from specialized RTS Coaches.

Program Cost: $1,000/teacher for Full Members | $1,200/teacher for Associate Members
Optional instructional coaching is available for an additional $1,000/teacher for Full Members or $1,200/teacher for Associate Members.
