Introducing our new Rising Ed Pathways, offering early career Educators and Mentors training and support. Rising Ed is a comprehensive professional development and mentorship program tailored specifically for early-career educators holding a Tier 1 or Tier 2 license or those new to the career with less than three years of experience.

Designed to establish a strong foundation for classroom management and instructional excellence, the program guides new teachers through critical growth milestones throughout the school year.

• Targeted Teacher Trainings: Features 4 full-day interactive sessions throughout the year focused on classroom setup, establishing routines, building student relationships, backwards lesson design, and engaging all learners.
• Communities of Practice (CoP): Includes 4 collaborative Zoom sessions where teachers self-evaluate their classroom routines, set an indicator-based goal, and reflect on their growth.
• Job-Embedded Coaching: Districts can utilize their own school-based coaches or opt for specialized RTS Coaches who deliver three structured coaching cycles for an additional fee.
