Rising Ed Pathway Support: Trainings & Communities of Practice

Introducing our new Rising Ed Pathways, offering early career Educators and Mentors training and support. Rising Ed is a comprehensive professional development and mentorship program tailored specifically for early-career educators holding a Tier 1 or Tier 2 license or those new to the career with less than three years of experience. Designed to establish a strong foundation for classroom management and instructional excellence, the program guides new teachers through critical growth milestones throughout the school year.

Instructional Coaches Network 26 27

The Instructional Coaches Network provides a collaborative space for teacher-leaders to refine their craft through shared best practices and high-impact coaching tools. Participants benefit from a unique curriculum that includes four days of foundational training and personalized in-field coaching consultations to strengthen classroom instruction.*This opportunity is partially funded with a grant from the Minnesota Department of Education using federal funding, CFDA 84.027A, Special Education - Grants to States
