When tragedy strikes a school community, every minute counts. Resource Training & Solutions’ Regional School Crisis Response Team provides immediate, on-site support to help schools navigate grief, loss, and trauma with care and professionalism.

Our team—made up of 50+ trained professionals from across central Minnesota—responds when schools experience serious loss or traumatic events. Members include school psychologists, counselors, social workers, nurses, administrators, and safety experts, all equipped with specialized training in crisis intervention and recovery.

We’re looking for new members from our member school districts to join this vital network of support. As a team member, you’ll receive training, collaborate with peers across the region, and make a meaningful difference when schools need it most.
