Build Supportive, Welcoming School Environments

Join the COMPASS School Climate & Culture Team for a full day of professional learning focused on creating safe, inclusive school environments where students feel a strong sense of belonging.

Participants will explore supportive and equitable discipline practices and leave with strategies they can begin applying in their schools. The learning doesn’t end after the session—participants will receive year-long aligned support from the Climate + Culture Lead to help guide implementation at their own pace.
