This professional learning will support leaders in deepening their understanding of how to create welcoming school environments that foster a strong sense of belonging. Participants will explore supportive and equitable discipline practices to create safe, inclusive school environments.
We will have one full day of learning followed by year-long aligned support from the Climate + Culture Lead to guide implementation at your pace.
