Leadership in education often feels like standing on shifting sands - the landscape changes, the winds howl, and yet you are expected to be the anchor for your staff, students, and community. Step away from the daily demands of educational leadership to find your solid ground in a community designed just for you.

This is not another "to-do list" professional development series. This is a sanctuary—a space for female instructional coaches, directors, and administrators to find collegiality, engage in vulnerable reflection, and build the internal conviction necessary to lead with impact.

Throughout the year, we will meet in person and virtually to explore the bedrock of our leadership. We will draw on insights from world-class thinkers on courage, communication, and coaching to help us navigate our most pressing leadership knots.

Whether you are a first-time director of teaching and learning or a veteran superintendent, you are invited to join us for a journey of intentional growth, deep connection, and the pursuit of leadership that multiplies health in others.
