This series is designed to support special education leaders in building their capacity to develop strong, inclusive systems that support early-career special education teachers. Across four quarterly forums, participants will explore the experiences of special education teachers and students, examine systems and practices that influence teacher success, and collaborate with regional peers to strengthen differentiated induction, mentoring, coaching, and professional learning. Participants will have opportunities to examine data, explore evidence-based practices, develop a shared problem of practice, and identify actionable next steps they can bring back to their districts.
