Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations requested with 7 business days or more prior to the start date of the class will receive a full refund of the registration fee. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations requested within 3 - 5 business days. Refunds will not be issued for no shows or cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start of the event. Resource Training & Solutions reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel at any time. Resource will send a cancellation notification to the email address provided at the time of registration. Please be sure you enter your email address accurately and check your email regularly.
