This professional learning experience educational leaders with approaches and frameworks for making data-informed decisions that strengthen Tier 1 Instruction and systems. Participants use student-centered and equity-focused lens to examine patterns, identify potential barriers, and consider how decisions influence access to high-quality Tier 1 learning opportunities. Through guided learning and reflection, teams explore ways data can inform instructional and systems-level adjustments that respond to the diverse needs of learners.

COMPASS Professional Learning Pathways,2026-27

COMPASS professional learning pathways are available to all districts, Tribally Controlled Schools, and charter schools in Minnesota. State funding allows COMPASS to provide these professional learning opportunities at no cost to districts, schools, or participants.

COMPASS pathways include course sessions and coaching support to help you apply what you learn in your own school or district.
