Leaders will engage in culturally responsive instructional leadership learning, specifically "Facilitating Meaningful Feedback" (FMF) of:
• Centering Relationships
• Connecting Relevant Evidence
• Posing Transformative Questions
• Prompting Action

All sessions will include concepts of critical self-reflection and family and community-engaged leadership. Participants will utilize "Facilitating Meaningful Feedback" rubrics and scenario-based learning with choice areas to apply the learning to their context.
