Summer is often a time to recharge, but it's also the perfect time to think about the professional connections and resources that can support your work in the coming year. One of the most valuable ways to stay informed, inspired, and connected is by participating in an educator network.
At Resource Training & Solutions, we believe that some of the best learning happens when educators learn from one another. That's why we're excited to offer 15 educator networks during the 2026-27 school year, providing opportunities for professionals across a variety of roles to connect, collaborate, and grow together.
Our networks bring educators from across central Minnesota together to discuss current challenges, share practical strategies, exchange resources, and learn from colleagues who understand the realities of the work. Whether you're looking for fresh ideas, professional support, or a community of peers, educator networks provide a space to build meaningful connections throughout the school year.
This year's lineup includes many returning networks that educators have come to rely on, along with a few new opportunities for 2026-27, including the Secondary Math Network and Instructional Coaches Network. As the need for collaboration and professional connection continues to grow across the region, our networks are designed to support the diverse roles that contribute to student success—from principals and technology leaders to mental health professionals, interventionists, and special education staff.
Most networks meet throughout the school year using a combination of in-person and virtual formats, making participation convenient while still fostering strong professional relationships and collaboration.
