Cancellations must be requested at least 10 business days prior to the event and will be refunded, minus the cost of the recognition award (if applicable) and a service fee. Registrations are non refundable within two weeks before the scheduled event date. Districts may opt to send an alternate guest and notify us of the change at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event. Refunds will not be offered for events canceled due to weather, natural disaster, or any other event of force majeure. Resource will send a cancellation notification to the email address provided at the time of registration. Please be sure you enter your email address accurately and check your email regularly.
