Wednesday, January 13, 2027
As a district leader, you are constantly balancing high-level strategy with immediate operational needs. To support your leadership, Resource Training & Solutions invites superintendents, central office administrators, and building leaders to our quarterly Regional Data & Action Leadership Series.
This year-long, four-part series is designed to transform regional and local data into actionable strategies. Each 3-hour session is structured around a three-tier approach:
Analyze: Examine regional data trends alongside your specific, individualized district results.
Action Plan: Collaborate on concrete next steps—identifying what districts need to implement locally and how Resource Training & Solutions can support you regionally.
Professional Development: Engage in targeted, high-value professional learning directly tied to the session’s focus area.
We encourage district leadership teams to attend together to maximize collaborative planning time. You must register for each session individually, allowing you to change who attends based on the topic.
