Instructional Coaches Network

The Instructional Coaches Network provides a collaborative space for instructional coaches, district literacy leads, peer coaches, mentor leads, and mentor teachers to refine their craft. Recognizing that effective teaching is a continuous journey, this network focuses on equipping teacher-leaders with high-impact coaching tools and meaningful opportunities to practice essential skills. By bringing together professionals in similar roles, the network fosters a community where educators can collaborate on best practices, share resources, and support one another in providing high-quality coaching that ultimately strengthens classroom instruction.

This Network has a unique offering, including four days of Foundational Coaches Training and 2 hours of In-Field Coaching consultation time throughout the year.
