Teachers want lessons that engage all learners without adding more tasks to their already heavy plates. Universal Design for Learning (UDL) provides a flexible framework for designing instruction that anticipates learner variability from the start. This two-part virtual PD introduces the foundations of UDL and then supports teachers in applying UDL principles directly to one (or more) of their own lessons so they have something tangible to implement this next school year. The emphasis is on practical strategies, shared reflection, and building something usable so teachers leave with a lesson they can confidently implement.
