The Regional Literacy Network is excited to announce the Secondary Literacy Workshop Series, “We have the data, now what?” The Secondary Literacy Workshop Series will provide support and guidance for initial tiered response to READ Act literacy screening data and planning forward for systemwide literacy anchored in evidence-based practices and MnMTSS structures.

Workshop #1: Using your screening data to make adjustments to Tier 1 Instruction

Workshop #2: Using your screening data to make adjustments to Tier 2 and 3 Instruction

Workshop #3: Using your screening data to design or redesign your system of support

When:

Workshop #1- December 16th, 2025

Workshop #2- January 13, 2026

Workshop #3- March 10, 2026

Time: 9am-2pm (1-hour lunch break)

Format: In-person at your regional Service Cooperative OR virtual.

Includes informational content, regional networking, and district

planning/work-time.

*Note: Sessions will go 100% virtual in the event of inclement weather.

Audience: Grades 4-12 Literacy Leaders.

Teams are highly recommended, including, but not limited to:

• District Literacy Leads
• Secondary Administrators
• Secondary Leadership Teams
• Grade 4-12 Lead Teachers (ELA, Intervention, SpEd, MLL),
