Resource Training & Solutions, as part of the Minnesota Service Cooperatives, is proud to partner with the Minnesota Department of Education to bring COMPASS (Collaborative Minnesota Partnerships to Advance Student Success) to central Minnesota.

Through this partnership, we provide free, evidence-based support and professional development that helps schools strengthen instruction, build positive school climates, and ensure equitable learning opportunities for all students.

COMPASS is Minnesota’s statewide system for continuous improvement, built around the MnMTSS (Minnesota Multi-Tiered System of Supports) framework. It connects schools and districts with resources and guidance in critical areas, including:
