District Leaders and Resource Staff Partner to Create Solutions
Earlier this month, district leaders and educators gathered at Resource Training & Solutions for our Problem of Practice Summit. Over the course of three days, teams leaned into the hard but rewarding work of identifying challenges, exploring solutions, and creating actionable plans to drive student success.
What made the summit so powerful wasn’t just the content—it was the collaboration. Resource staff worked side-by-side with district leaders, guiding discussions, facilitating breakout sessions, and helping turn big ideas into practical strategies. Together, teams crafted roadmaps grounded in evidence-based practices, tailored to the unique needs of their schools, and ready to be put into action this fall.

Participants shared how meaningful this experience was for their teams. One leader noted, “It was powerful for my entire admin team to create our roadmap.” Another reflected, “The team time with my own district was very beneficial.” And in the words of one regional executive director, “Your staff nailed it. We came in with a plan, received valuable feedback, narrowed our focus, and left with a stronger roadmap for the year ahead. Resource continues to be a tremendous partner, and the support from your team makes a real difference in our work.”
As districts carry these plans back to their schools, Resource will continue to walk alongside them—adding value, finding solutions, and cultivating collaboration and growth across central Minnesota.
A heartfelt thank you to every school and district team that participated. Your commitment to this work inspires us, and we’re excited to see the ripple effect of these plans in classrooms across our region throughout the year.
The story of this summit is just beginning—and together, we’re turning problems into meaningful progress.
