Join us for the Problem of Practice Summit, a three-day learning experience designed to help district leaders collaboratively tackle real challenges within their schools and systems. Through guided discussions, expert facilitation, and hands-on problem-solving, teams will identify, analyze, and develop actionable solutions that drive student success.

Participants will explore evidence-based strategies and engage in breakout sessions focused on critical areas of instructional leadership, including:
- Bundling standards for cohesive curriculum design
- Strengthening Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) for continuous improvement
- Leveraging curriculum-based professional learning
- Implementing highly effective Tier 1 practices
Teams will reconvene midyear and end-of-year to evaluate progress and refine their plans—ensuring lasting impact and measurable results.
