Choose Your Direction for the Year Ahead
As we gear up for the 2025-26 school year, we're excited to share some powerful pathways available at no cost through Resource Training and Solution’s partnership with MDE. These COMPASS math pathways are designed to support educators and leaders at every level—whether you're guiding systems change, refining instruction, or building high-functioning teams.
Explore the pathway that fits your role and focus:
Instructional Systems
For school and district leaders aiming to elevate instructional leadership across their teams. This pathway focuses on deepening mathematical understanding and preparing for shifts aligned to the 2022 math standards. If you're working on long-term systems change, this is your lane.

Instructional Practices (K–2, 3–5, 6–12)
Broken into grade-level bands, this pathway equips teachers, coaches, and instructional leaders to transform instruction using the 8 Effective Math Teaching Practices. Grounded in the 2022 standards, this is the go-to path for those reimagining what math learning looks like in every classroom.

Strengthening Teacher Teams
Focused on Tier 1 instruction, this pathway helps build strong, collaborative teams grounded in a shared vision and actionable goals.
