Join us for a deep dive into understanding the three dimensions of the 2019 Minnesota K-12 Science Education Standards on either Tuesday, August 2nd or Thursday, August 4th. Join Peter McLaren, award-winning science teacher, NGSS Writer, and professional development provider for a 6-hour, hands-on experience using the three dimensions of the Minnesota Science Standards to learn how they work together to engage students in the explanation of phenomena and the core ideas of science. Each full-day session will feature a one-hour Zoom call to provide participants opportunities to ask follow up questions and to learn about additional resources to help you transition to three-dimensional teaching and learning.Lunch on your own.
