Dive into mental health grab & go resources, crisis resources, county, and state resources to fall back on in times of need.

Topics include but are not limited to: mental health screenings, suicide assessments & safety planning, grab & go lessons, helplines, mobile crisis teams, housing emergencies, reporting, documenting, IEP’s & 504’s, resilience building interventions, LGBTQIA+, games & fidgets, therapy, and treatment options.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations requested with more than 5 business days prior to the start date of the class will receive a full refund of the registration fee. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations requested within 3 - 5 business days. Refunds will not be issued for no shows or cancellations made within 2 business days of the start of the class. Resource Training & Solutions reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel the class at any time. In the unlikely event a class does not take place, a full refund will be issued or the registration fee may be transferred to another class.
