FOR WHO: Middle school & high school social workers, counselors, and educators ready to lead group discussions in the much needed area of “Resilience”. Material can be used in two ways:

1. Use as an 8 week group led by a counselor, social worker, case manager, or educator
2. Incorporate materials into class as social emotional learning opportunities for students
