Resilience + Mental Health

As a Minnesota Service Cooperative, Resource Training & Solutions has listened to your requests to provide professional learning and training centered around resilience and mental health. Resilience is our ability to bounce back from the stresses of life. It’s not about avoiding stress but learning to navigate our way through challenging times. Wellness is critical to long-term outcomes for adults which leads to long-term outcomes for our students. As you learn new strategies in the areas of resilience and mental health you can begin to use them with students, supporting their resilience and well-being.  Our services provide ongoing, scaffolded, and comprehensive support to develop skills, mindsets, and the capacity to create a culture for all to thrive.
