Engage children's imaginations by adding music, movement, and other arts activities to children's books. Children become deeply involved when they actively participate in their favorite books; new books become favorites as children make them their own. The act of reading becomes a pathway to interaction and imagination. Led by Marcelyn Smale, we will participate in many varied activities, discuss pedagogy, and classroom issues.
Optional graduate credits available.Lunch will be provided.Cost of registration reduced through support from Perpich Center for Arts Education.
