Cultural Competency - Good Intentions Are Not Enough

In this course, participants will dig deeper into equipping and empowering themselves to interrupt systems that fail to be conducive to learning for all student groups. Participants will learn how to address inequities and inequitable practices in their schools. Participants will meet the PELSB Cultural Competency requirements for re-licensure.
One or two graduate level credits are available through a partnership with College of St. Scholastica.
