This month's theme: Focus on the Bright Spots
We can hone our attention to focus on our strengths, assets, and skills. This helps us generally feel better and enables us to respond to challenges more effectively. Focusing on strengths also boots our levels of self-efficacy, and we feel empowered to influence our surroundings.

These monthly sessions explore practical habits that will positively impact you, your students, school culture, and your greater community.

*All sessions will meet virtually. Must register to receive zoom link.

Professional outcomes lead to student outcomes. We invite you to build resilience in the following areas:

  • Self-assess our current well-being
  • Increase awareness of strategies to improve well-being
  • Create, implement, and revise goals to improve well-being
  • Practice effective skills and habits of resilience
