GRIDS Professional Developent
Organizational growth and improvement requires inspirational leadership. This professional opportunity is for any leader, even those leaders who are not in high-up positions, who wish to take a deep dive into assessing their current system and advance key influencers of progress while diminishing struggles. Wrapped around the text GRIDS: Framing a System’s Thinking, participants will examine the state of their organization relative to the nine GRIDS of culture, politics, equity, professionalism, ethics, politics, symbols, relationships, and finances. Each GRID holds a unique element for guiding key decisions for moving forward. Come with issues and leave with solutions! This opportunity is for the reflective practitioner who continuously aspires to improve the condition of their organization. Dates are (all sessions are virtual): Sept. 29, 10-1 Oct. 27, 9-10:30 Dec. 1, 9-10:30 Cost includes a copy of the book GRIDS. The sessions will be led by Dr. Mary Jenatscheck, author of the book and are available for leaders in both education and local government.
